Create a Ticket
To create a new ticket please select the tab "New".
Select an address by clicking on one of the entries in the list on the left. Use the check boxes "User"/"Skill"/"Group" to filter the list by the type of addressee.
Click into the list and type "Ctrl-F" to search for an entry by typing the first letters. If multiple entries match your search type the "left"/"right" key to select the next/previous matching entry.
Now enter a title and a description.
Under "task type" please select if you want to send a job or a message:
- Select "Job", to send a task should be solved by exactly one person.
- Select "Message" to send a message to all members of the selected team/skill. Every single member of the addressed team will have to read and confirm your message then.
Click "Send" to send yout ticket. Afterwards select the tab "ToDos" and check your newly created todo in your list of outgoing tickets.
