Creating Todos
Back to Installation and Start...
In the tab "New" new Todos can be generated. The creator of Todos automatically becomes its owner. All Todos have the following characteristics in common that are specified in this tab:
- Title
- Description
- Addressee
- Scheduled End Time
- Priority
- Task Type
Currently two different modes of job types that can be set:
- Task
- Message
Select the job type "message" if you want to send informations to the members of a group so that each member of the group receives the information.
Select the job type "task" if you want your concerns to be done by exactly one person.
There is also the possibility to expand Todos by some optional features such as forms and file attachments.
The creation of jobs and of messages differ in some aspects and will now be described in detail.
