If the sender has sent attachments, they are stored as attachments on the job. You can open them by doubleclicking¹.

Often e-mails will be sent HTML-formatted. These emails are correctly displayed in the "Description" field in todo4teams. If the sender has sent both as plain-text and HTML-format (so-called multipart message)  in the description field the plain-text-version is displayed. The HTML-version is then available as an attached file and can be opened by doubleclicking.

In the HTML-format there may have been sent inline graphics and sound files. These can not be displayed or played in the text. However, they are also attached to the job as files.

1 Please note that attachments may contain computer viruses. Never open files with the extensions .exe, .com, .bat, .vb, .vbs or .pif. todo4teams does not check for viruses!
