Confirming Messages
Messages in your inbox are already marked on arrival with the hammer icon so that there is no blocking by a single user possible. Read the message and click on "Confirm". In the dialogue that opens make if necessary a reply to the sender and click on "Confirm". The message now disappears from the inbox. You can always search in the tab "Archive" and view it again.
