The processing of incoming e-mails often requires the involvement of experts to answer the questions of the customer. Before you reply to an e-mail, you can send therefore multiple queries to experts and include their responses in the processing of e-mail.

To send questions you must first save at least one expert in todo4teams.

The exact procedure and the various ways questions are explained in in Chapter 10.
