Archiving Todos
Delete successfully completed Todos ("checked off" jobs or messages) from your outbox to keep a better overview. These jobs are usually not interesting for the owners and can be viewed anytime again in the archives. To Do this select a single Todo from the output list and click on "Archive". Confirm the action in the dialogue:
