Search in a List

You can push in all the lists the key combination Ctrl-F to search for an entry.

Sort and arrange Lists

You can sort the rows and columns in all tables as you wish.
 

  • Click once on a column header to sort the column. Click a second time to reverse the sort direction. Click a third time to turn off sorting by this column.
  • Sort by multiple columns by holding down the Ctrl key and click on multiple column headers.
  • Click on a column header, press and hold down the mouse button then move the column and release it at the desired position to change the order of the columns.
  • Change the column width by dragging the column borders with the mouse.
  • All sorts are retained until the next time you start todo4teams.

Export of Lists into a Spreadsheet Application

If you are in a list you can copy the list to the clipboard with a click on the right mouse button. You can then import using CTRL-V the list into a spreadsheet.
