What and where?


todo4teams' user interface is organised in different "cards" or "tabs". After launching todo4teams you will see the tab "ToDos" with the lists of incoming and outgoing tickets.

Change to another tab by selecting one of "New", "Profile", "Archive", "Team" or "Settings".

In the tab "ToDos" click on a table row to view a tickets' description in the text pane below. Click the "Details" button to show all details of this ticket. Close the details view be clicking "Cancel".

The first column in the lists show icons that present the tickets' state: The color shows if the ticket is overdue (red) or still within its scheduled time (green).

The icon itself show the tickets workflow state:

  1. opengreen.png „open“ - the ticket is open and wating to be accepted by an agent
  2. openred.png „open and overdue“ - the ticket is open and its scheduled end date has expired. You should finish this ticket as soon as possible.
  3. lockedgreen.png „locked“ - you accepted the ticket and it is locked for you exclusively. You should finish this ticket before it expires.
  4. lockedred.png „locked and overdue“ - you accepted the ticket and it is locked for you exclusively. It's scheduled end time expired. You should finish this ticket as soon as possible.
  5. finished.png „done“ - the ticket was closed. You should check the done comment and archive the ticket if no further action is required.
  6. rejected.png „rejected“ - the ticket has been rejected by a user. Read the done comment why the user could not finish the task and decide if you want to edit and reopen the ticket or delete it.
