Changing a message box is child's play in todo4teams. You click on a message box in the overview and the dialog for changing a message box opens immediately. There you make the appropriate changes and click "Save". The mandatory fields

• Password
• Addressee

are marked with a red star. If a mandatory field is invalid (e.g. if you delete the phone number in the message box), it will be highlighted in red and the "Save" button will be deactivated so that the message box cannot be saved in an inconsistent state:
