If you want to physically delete a team, this means completely removing all of its data from the database. To do this, select a team from the team table and press the “Delete” button in the dialog that appears. After a query dialog you can then delete it.

During this process, the data integrity of the database is taken into account, i.e. if tickets were already addressed to this team, it can no longer be physically deleted. For this reason, you can usually only delete a newly created team.

To delete a team that was already activated and used in todo4teams, you can logically delete the team, i.e. prevent further work with this team. To do this, open the team detail dialog for changing a team as described in the previous section and deactivate the “Active” check box in its properties.
