Process tickets in the inbox
In the "Inbox" list you can see all the tickets that you need to process.
You can already see the most important properties of the tickets in the list entries.
Select a ticket to view all ticket details.
Open the "Details" section to view the details such as creation date, scheduled end time, start date, end date, owner etc.:
Use the buttons at the bottom to perform the following actions on the tickets (click on the "..." symbol to display further actions):
- Accept
- Finish
- Close
- Reopen
- Reject
- Inquiry
- Forward
- External Forward (depending on configuration)
Supervisors also have the following actions available:
- Delete
- Assign
- Ticket route
