Sign and encrypt
If a digital signature has been set up for the email mailbox used in the todo4teams configuration, you can digitally sign the email reply by activating the "Sign email" checkbox:
If the sender has sent a digital signature, you have the option of encrypting the outgoing email. To do this, activate the "Encrypt email" checkbox. This means that only the recipient can decode and read the message.
