Integrating XWiki
To use XWiki as a source of standard text templates please select 'System Properties' in the main menu and click 'New Property'.
Choose 'XWiki' as the new property's name and edit the value as follows.
Set each value according to your XWiki configuration:
url=https://wiki.yourcompany.com/xwiki/
username=??????
password=??????
wiki=xwiki
language=en
Remember to restrict the choosen user's permission to wiki content's that are appropriate to be used when answering tickets!
