In order to deal with unwanted emails in the inbox, its is possible to finish them immediately with the "Junk" menu entry. This  menu entry can be found in the Inbox editor in the list of available actions:

Pressing the "Junk" menu entry now finishes the corresponding ticket immediately without another dialog. You will find this ticket as "finished" in your outbox. As an end comment, "Junk E-Mail" is automatically set.

This function is not automatically available to a all users in the default installation of todo4teams. Individual users must be enabled separately.

In order to make this function available to a user  please open the  system property "SPAM_EMAIL_USERS" , which can be found under the "System Properties" navigation item. In the "Value" texarea  you can now define the users who are to be granted access to the automatic handling of junk emails. Here, please enter the IDs of the users separated by a comma with no spaces:
