FAQ


1. My todo4teams won't start, what can I do?
  • If your login data does not work, please contact our support at support@bergener-bluma.de, ask for your user name and, if necessary, have a new password sent to you:

  • If a firewall is active on your PC, Windows will open a message that an attempt was made to access the todo4teams application. Give permission to do so by granting an exception on the firewall. Then close todo4teams and start it again.
  • If you access the todo4teams server via an internet proxy or a firewall, todo4teams will automatically switch to the so-called pull mode. The button at the bottom right of the window will then be displayed in yellow. Todo4teams works in this mode without any restrictions.
  • If todo4teams does not start, please check whether the current Java version is installed on your PC and install Java if necessary. On the todo4teams homepage you will find the links to kcheck for a correct one Java-Installation and the Java-Download.
2. My todo4teams is unstable, crashes or generates error messages

For such cases we offer you a separate service as part of remote maintenance. Please contact us at support@bergener-bluma.de or via phone with the number

Remote maintenance takes place via the "Anydesk" software, which should usually already be installed on your PC. If this is not the case, you can download an independently executable version from our website that does not require installation: Anydesk

3. I can log in, but then todo4teams starts very slowly

When you start todo4teams, it also loads all jobs that you have already processed into your outgoing list for quick access. With many jobs being processed, this can lead to longer loading times.

Tipp: Archive your edited jobs from time to time. No data is lost here, but todo4teams' loading time is significantly accelerated.

4. How can I setup todo4teams for myself personally and what are the options?

5. How can I add multiple addressees when replying to emails?

The inclusion of several addressees e.g. as CC from todo4teams works without any problems, only the different addressees should be separated by means of a comma. You have to make sure that the mail addresses correspond to the standardized format. For example, using the following email address:
"Marcus Hugo" <marcus.hugo@bergener-bluma.de>

Here in " " the real name that is displayed and in <> the real email address; The real name can be omitted, this is not absolutely necessary for the correct transmission of the e-mail.

6. Why can't I send an email while processing a todos?

By default, you can only deal with tickets in todo4teams with a reply e-mail if the ticket was generated from a received e-mail. The email box the customer sent their message to is also used to send the response.

This can be activated separately. Please contact your responsible administrator or us, the contact options can be found under 1. and 2.

7. The todo4teams shortcut (link) on the desktop disappears or no longer works

f one of these two cases applies to you, you can use the Java console to force the creation of this shortcut. In the web start of todo4teams you start the Java application management

The shortcut is then created again.
