Deleting

In order to optimize the workflow of your employees you should delete messages once they are no longer active. In this case the message disappears even from the input list of users who have not yet acknowledged the message.
To do this use the "Delete" button of your outbox in the tab "Todos".
Messages can be deleted anytime even if they have not been read or confirmed by all addressees. Another case of use is the deletion of jobs that have not yet been adopted. These jobs can be dropped by their creator (eg in the case of an erroneous creation). Deleted jobs should only be deleted and not for example done with the finishing comment "obsolete", if they will never be needed again; deleted messages can not be found on the archive search.
