You can generate routine jobs automatically in todo4teams eg on a daily or weekly basis. The setting of series is similar to the input of recurring repetitions eg in Microsoft Outlook.

Go to the box "Series" and click "Create". Set the details of the task as usual. Set the repeat interval and enter the time at which the job has to be generated. Click "Create" to save the series.

For the change of an existing series take the analogous steps.

To pause a series please check the box "Pause". The series pauses now and the jobs are not automatically created anymore until you uncheck "Pause" again and save the series again.

Please note:

• you can not use attachments within series and
• you can not generate messages through series.
