With the help of text modules you can answer frequently recurring questions about a topic quickly and standardized. In todo4teams the text modules are hierarchically structured and quickly and frequently needed skills are made available to the user by a simple click in the desired way.
In addition text modules can not only contain text but also images, tables, links and all other formatting options that can be used in the WYSIWYG editor of todo4teams.
In todo4teams two different classes of text modules can be distinguished:
- Global text modules
- Group-spezific text modules
Global text modules are available to all users regardless of their group membership. They usually contain styling, basic statements and text messages that are commonly used in customer communication.
Group-spezific text modules contain more parts of documents on specialized topics specific to the particular group or to a particular skill.
