Finishing of Todos
Depending on the user profile new jobs, which are assigned to the user directly or to his group or his skill, will appear directly in the "Eingang" menu of the app similar to the desktop version of todo4teams
In the following example a job was generated internally, asking for the creation of a new customer. In the overview you can see the title of the job, the recipient (user, group or skill), the priority, the task ID and the remaining time to finish the job:
A tap on the job opens the further content of the job. As in the desktop version of todo4teams a job can be finished directly or can be taken over for later processing. In addition all relevant informations can be viewed by looking at the job. This information is within the four registers "Beschreibung", "Details", "Anhänge "and "Formulare"; the currently active menu can be recognized by the blue bar below the text, in the example below the description:
In the "Details" you will find further details on the adjacent job.
Here you can see the ID of the job and whether it is a job or a message. Additional informations are provided concerning the start, finish and end time or the addressee and the current owner.
Attachments do not exist in the present example , but in principle these can exist as well as in the desktop version containing different files and file formats. For more details, please refer to the relevant part of this manual in the section 6.
During the creation of a job an active form has been selected. In this example it is the form "Kunde Maps", in which the customer data shall be entered:
Now we tap in the overview of the job on "Erledigen", open the attached form and attach the data for a new customer.
Once this is done, the present job sample has been processed and can now be finished. A finishing comment is required for this purpose:

The completed job can then be found directly through the archive search, in this example by using the ID "14066" of the job. Similar to the desktop version of todo4teams you can also use a variety of other criteria such as keywords, addressee and priority.
In this case you will see by the symbol in the opening the corresponding search results and the job status as "finished".
