Within the mobile client of todo4teams you can create new jobs similar to the desktop version and address them to various users, groups or skills. For this purpose there are three different input masks available "Details", "Anhänge" and "Formulare" when creating a new job.
 In the "Details" section you can decide whether the new task should be a job or message. Analogous to the desktop version you should give the new task a self explaining title, a detailed description and a concrete addressee. The priority is preset with the value by one "star"; this value may of course be modified according to your own needs when creating a new task.

In the "Anhänge" section you can attach various additional files such as images, sketches and bar- and QR codes to the news task. In this example a picture was taken with a smartphone's internal camera. For more detailed information concerning the possibility of attachments please refer to the chapter 5 of this manual "dealing with attachments".

Within the separate Menu "Formulare" you can select the needed todo4teams-forms. However, new forms can not be created in todo4teams/mobile and existing forms may not be modified or edited. These options are only available in the desktop version of todo4teams.

The newly created job can then be inserted into the todo4teams database with a click on the left icon in the toolbar within the mobile client.
