• To quickly find items in lists, click into the to be searched list and press Ctrl-F. Now enter the first few letters of the search term. With the → and ← keys you are able to move between the matching entries in the list. Leave the search mode by pressing the Esc key.
•  In almost all input fields (including form fields) you can press Ctrl-Space to obtain a list of recent entries.
•  To be quickly informed of incoming todos, select the tab "Settings" and active the check box "Job Alert".
•  You can sort the rows and columns in all tables at will.
  •  Click once on a column header to sort the column. Click a second time to reverse the sorting order. Click a third time to turn off the sort of that column.
  •  Sort by multiple columns by holding down the Ctrl key and click multiple column headers.
  •  Click on a column header, hold down the mouse button, move the column and release at the desired position to change the order of columns.
  •  Change the column width by dragging the column borders with the mouse.
  •  All sorts are retained until the next time that you start todo4teams.

•  In todo4teams lists can be opened  by double-clicking that represent the details of certain todos.

•  todo4teams is a client-server application.
  •  If it comes to connectivity issues (for example due to non-availability of the network), quit and restart  todo4teams. You will notice certain connectivity problems because the icon turns red at the bottom right.
  •  If you are using todo4teams on a laptop, exit the program before you put the laptop into hibernation. The server will disconnect when the todo4teams client can not be reached for a certain time.
  •  Please quit todo4teams before you put your PC into hibernation. The IP-address of your PC is stored on the corresponding server and your PC gets a new IP-address when starting from rest. The todo4teams client would no longer function with the old IP -address.
