Delete Systems
If you want to physically delete a system, this means completely removing all of its data from the database. To do this, select a system from the system table and press the "Delete" button in the dialog that appears. You can then delete it after a confirmation dialog.
This process respects the data integrity of the database, i.e. if this system has already created tickets or tickets have already been addressed to this system, it can no longer be physically deleted. For this reason, you can usually only delete a newly created system.
To delete a system that was already activated and used in todo4teams, you can delete the system logically. To do this, open the system details dialog to change a system as described in the previous section and deselect the "Active" checkbox in its properties.
