Experts Configuration
Users with the appropriate authorization can support the "inquiry" concept in todo4tams by maintaining experts. Each processor can ask an inquiry about a ticket. This is particularly helpful when a team is faced with many issues. This could be, for example, the central processing of emails to a company, or a regionally oriented team. A query can be used to contact someone who does not necessarily have to be a todo4teams user. This inquiry can be answered in a standardized form via a web interface. After receiving the answer, the processor can then close the ticket.

This means that not every todo4teams user has to set up their own database of contacts for such queries, but can draw from the central pool. The employee then has the option of marking certain experts as "favorites" in his personal expert area in order to quickly find his way around when asking questions:
