Deleting message boxes
If you want to physically delete a message box, this means completely removing all of its data from the database. To do this, select a mailbox from the message box table and press the "Delete" button in the dialog that appears. After a confirmation dialog, you can then delete it.
This process respects the data integrity of the database, i.e. if this message box has already created tickets and tickets have already been addressed, it can no longer be physically deleted. For this reason, you can usually only delete a newly created message box.
To delete a message box that was already activated and used in todo4teams, you can logically delete the message box. To do this, open the message box detail dialog to change a message box as described in the previous section and deselect the "Active" checkbox in its properties.
