What is a ticket in todo4teams?

This is the name for a task with a planned processing time. Systems for the systematic processing of customer concerns are usually called ticketing systems.

What system requirements are there for todo4teams ?

A current internet browser. This means that it works on all current operating systems such as Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, Android, etc.

Can I install todo4teams on my device?

What requirements are there for a user password in todo4teams?

It must be at least 8 characters long. It must also contain a digit, a special character, an uppercase letter and a lowercase letter.

Can I just send a message to other users or teams?

What does it mean when a text field is highlighted in red in todo4teams?

Then is this a mandatory field that must be filled out.

How can I add multiple recipients when replying to an email?

Adding multiple recipients, e.g. as CC from todo4teams, works without any problems, but the different recipients should be separated using a comma. You must ensure that the email addresses correspond to the standardized format. For example, using the following email address: "Martin Bluma" <martin.bluma@bergener-bluma.de> . Here in "" the real name that is displayed and in <> the real email address; the real name can be omitted if necessary, it is not absolutely necessary for the email to be sent correctly.

Why can't I send an email when editing a ticket?

By default, in todo4teams you can only handle tickets with a reply email if the ticket was created from a received email. The mailbox to which the customer sent their message is also used to send the reply. This can be unlocked separately. Please contact your responsible administrator or us.
