Attaching forms
todo4teams offers you the possibility to create as many forms as you want and use them to record structured data such as attachments to tickets.
To add a form to a ticket, switch to the "Forms" tab in the ticket creation dialog:
Then click on the selection field and select the desired form:
The selected form is now displayed and can be filled with data.
If necessary, attach additional forms to the ticket by clicking on the selection field again. The attached forms are displayed in this field and can be removed again using the x symbol.
Switch between the forms as required by clicking on the form names in the tabs:
When the ticket is submitted, the selected forms are linked to the ticket and can be read and edited by the processor.
