Attaching files
You can attach files to tickets, just like you would with email programs.
When todo4teams receives emails, the email attachments automatically become ticket attachments. If you create a ticket yourself, use the "Select files" button to attach them:
Click on "Select files" to attach files from your PC or mobile device. You can also drag and drop files from the file manager into this zone.
On mobile devices, you will see additional options, for example to take and upload a photo directly:
Selected files are then displayed in the "Attachments" area and can be removed again using the x symbol on the right side:
Please note that the file attachments are saved permanently in todo4teams. When the ticket is saved, the contents are indexed for full text retrieval and can thus be found in the search.
