Tips

• Enter three minus signs ("---") to quickly to insert a horizontal line
• ​​Use copy & paste from other programs to insert formatted text, images
• Note that the description size of a ticket is limited. Only send content that is relevant to processing the issue.
• If necessary, refer to external sources via hyperlinks instead of copying content.
