Reject tickets
You can return tickets to the owner if the task is not sufficiently described, it is incorrectly addressed, or processing is permanently not possible for other reasons.
To reject a ticket, you must first accept it.
Then click the "Reject" menu item:
In the dialog that opens, briefly explain why the ticket cannot be processed:

- then changes to the "rejected" state and is displayed as marked in the owner's initial list.
