Teams

Users are grouped together in teams because their tickets for this team belong together thematically. This may be due to the qualifications required or a regional commonality (e.g. processing by postal code).

In todo4teams, user affiliations and permissions to address tickets to teams are separated. This means that you may be able to address tickets to a team that you are not a member of - and vice versa.
