In todo4teams you can configure an e-mail box directly so that automatically a reply message is sent with a separate signature text when receiving a mail.

The option for definine a signature text you find within the basic data of the corresponding e-mail address in the main tab "E-Mail" of todo4teams.
This signature text can be defined in analogy to HTML conventions with formatting, links and images.

All standard HTML tags such as <table>, <a> <br/>, or <img> might be used.

If you are still unsure about creating a signature that is created using HTML, you can alternatively make use of the word processor of your choice. The common word processing programs can also save all in HTML format; the code thus generated is then not as clean as hand-coded HTML  but will also work within the signatures in todo4teams.

The configured e-mail signature text box can also be used as standard in e-mail responses to jobs in todo4teams.

In todo4teams the CSS file "emailCss" is a system parameter  that might override the formatting contained in your signature text.
This  CSS file is used to globaly display HTML format documents in todo4teams; if necessary adjustments must be made here to show your signatures properly.
