Archive
In the tab "Archive" you can search for jobs even if they have been already completed and archived.
With the archive search can find any jobs and news to which you have access.
If you enter values of "title", "description" or "finishing comment" into the text fields as a search string, they will be added to the search parameters. For example, if you type in the title box "maintenance" only results will be found that contain the word "maintenance". Another example, If you leave the title field blank, the title of the Todos is not examined during the search. All search criteria are connected, so during the archive search in todo4teams all criteria must meet.
You can use the criteria "State", "Date Interval", "Assignee", "Owner" or "Task No." in the search form. Enable or disable them via the corresponding check box. Activate for example the editor of the job by the check box next to the word "Editor" to search for Todos which have the agent that you have selected in the list. Disable it and the agent does not matter for the search.
You can determine in the addressees table whether you want to search for jobs that were intended for a specific addressee. If you ie select the line in the table with the entry "hotline" the search will be restricted to Todos that were addressed to this group. If you don't select a row in the table of addressees the search is not restricted to the addressee. Click on an entry in the list while you hold down the Ctrl key to remove the selection.
Through the field "Task No." you can make a targeted search for spezific job, if you know the job number of the todo.
When you open the search form after the launch of Todos, the only input filter set is the restriction of job creation period of the last seven days.
Click "Search" to start the archive query. The result of the search is displayed in a separate window.
You can limit the number of hits in the field "Maximum Number of Hits." The maximum allowed number of hits is determined by the MAX_SEARCH_RESULTS server property. The standard value are 50 hits.
