Overview
The possibilities of todo4teams/mobile app lean heavily to the desktop variant, but the tools for system administration and the possibility of creating your own scripts and forms are missing, of course. The user interface consists of seven register that control the essential functions. The active function is highlighted by an orange bar.
The register "Status" gives an overview of the current user and location parameters.
"Eingang" shows the non finished and newly created jobs of the current user and of his group and skill, more details can be found within this manual in the section 3.
The newly received jobs can be sorted according to various criteria:
Within the menu "Neu" the logged-in user may create new jobs or messages, more details can be found within this manual in the section 4 "Create Todos":
Among other things the menu "Extras" contains the various ways to contact the support of todo4teams :
Within "Team" you can take a look the available groups and skills plus the current user.
As usual on the archives you can execute a search within the sum of the already completed jobs on the basis of various criteria.
