Dictation function
With the microphone symbol () you can use a speech-to-text function and dictate text into your PC or mobile device in a matter of seconds. This function may not be available in all browsers or on all operating systems. The dictation function starts as soon as you press the button and stops automatically as soon as you pause. You can repeat the process as often as you like.
ChatBot
If a Configuration for using artificial intelligence is activated in your installation, you can use the button to ask a spoken question directly to an AI chatbot. The dictation function stops automatically as soon as you pause.
Search the knowledge base
If you have set up a Adapter for a knowledge base in the configuration, you can import text from this source directly into the ticket descriptions and email replies:
Enter some search terms in the "Search knowledge base" text field and press Enter. The knowledge base will be searched and a list of hits will be displayed:
Use the down arrow to navigate to the desired entry and press Enter again. The corresponding knowledge base article will be retrieved and inserted into the text field:
Check, edit and shorten the text as required.
